The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the WTC and very close to numerous dining and shopping options. The rooms are standard Holiday Inn Express style with good size, though the beds are quite hard. The staff is somewhat unfriendly, and my room had an issue with the window that couldn't be closed despite several requests to reception. Overall, it's a convenient choice with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were fine and had all the essentials, including free drinking water and coffee, but the layout with the sink outside the bathroom right next to the bed was unusual. The atmosphere was a bit smoky, and some parts of the walls needed a paint re-touch.
