The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the WTC and very close to numerous dining and shopping options. The rooms are standard Holiday Inn Express style with good size, though the beds are quite hard. The staff is somewhat unfriendly, and my room had an issue with the window that couldn't be closed despite several requests to reception. Overall, it's a convenient choice with some drawbacks.
